Following a career as a professional dancer touring extensively in Europe, Africa and the Far East, Jacquelyn trained as an actor at The Academy Drama School, London.
Her theatre credits include working with Alan Ayckbourn in Communicating Doors (Savoy Theatre), Outside Edge and Mansfield Park (UK tours), The Killing of Sister George (Eye Theatre), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Tabs Productions), Blood Relations, Intimate Exchanges, Season’s Greetings and Look No Hans (Rumpus Theatre Company).
Jacquelyn has also appeared in weekly summer rep in North Norfolk for Bridge Theatre Company in productions of Murder Uncertain, Funny Money, Relative Values, Class Act, My Mother Said I Never Should, The Hollow, Present Laughter, Ladies in Retirement, A Woman of No Importance, Ghost Train and Teechers.
TV credits – Maureen in Dubplate Drama (Channel 4) and Mrs Martin in The Bill (Thames TV).
Jacquelyn is very excited to be portraying the world’s best-selling novelist and Queen of Crime, Agatha Christie in this production of Murder Margaret and Me.
